    Salon & Stylist/Barber Listing FAQ's

    To submit a listing, click on “Start Free Trial” and select the type of listing you want to add. After selecting the listing type, follow the instructions to provide the necessary information about your business or service. Join today for Free.

    MBHS offers four types of listing categories: Salon, Stylist, Event and Job.

    Salon & Stylist: Four types listings available: FREE and Gold. Free listings allow basic information and are available to all businesses. Basic, and Gold Paid listings provide additional features and benefits to enhance visibility and attract more customers.

    Events and Jobs: Currently MBHS offers FREE listings for all businesses. Limit of 1 post per user per event. 

    The cost of a paid listing varies depending on the package you choose. We offer different pricing plans tailored to meet the needs and budgets of businesses of all sizes.
    • FREE Listings are always free.
    • Gold Listings are $15 per month. Cancel anytime, no setup or additional fees.

    Paid listings provide several benefits, including higher visibility in search results, increased exposure to potential customers, additional promotional features, extended listing duration, better customization options, and no ADS.

    While we encourage businesses to provide accurate and detailed information, there may be certain content guidelines and formatting restrictions in place. These guidelines are meant to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience for visitors.
    The approval time for listings may vary depending on the volume of submissions. Typically, it takes a 1-3 business days for our team to review and approve new listings. You will receive a notification once your listing is approved and visible on the directory.
    Yes, you can upgrade your listing from free to paid at any time. Simply log into your account, navigate to the listing management section, and choose the upgrade option. You will be guided through the process, and the additional features will be applied to your listing.
    We accept various payment methods, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. The specific payment options available will be displayed during the checkout process on our website.
    To renew or extend the duration of your paid listing, log into your account and go to the listing management section. Look for the renewal or extension option and follow the instructions to complete the process. You will need to make an additional payment to renew or extend your listing.

    Yes, you can edit or update your listing after your submission has been approved. Log into your account, locate your listing in the management section, and choose the edit option. You can modify the information, add images or videos (Paid Accounts), and make necessary changes to keep your listing up to date.

    You can add as many relevant categories or tags to your listing that are available. After submitting your listing, we will review it to make sure the categories selected are relevant. If you have any questions regarding the staff’s decision, please contact us for further review if necessary.

    Gold listings are featured and promoted on social media and on MBHS. To learn more, contact us for more information.

    Optimizing your listing with accurate and descriptive information, relevant keywords, and high-quality images can also improve its visibility in search results.

    Yes, we have customer support channels available to assist you with any issues related to your listing. You can reach out to our support team through email and recieve a response within 24 hours. We are here to help and address any concerns you may have.
    While there may be certain limitations to maintain consistency and usability across the directory, you can typically customize the appearance or layout of your listing to some extent. This may include adding images, videos, logos, or selecting from pre-defined templates or themes.

    The number of images or videos you can add to your listing vary depending on the package you choose. Free listings do not include media uploads, while Basic, and Gold listings offer more flexibility and higher limits.     Yes, you can access performance metrics and analytics to track the visibility and engagement of your listing. This includes data such as the number of views, clicks, or leads generated. Login to your account and navigate to the analytics section to access this information.

    To search for specific types of businesses or services, you can use the search bar on our website. Enter relevant keywords, location, or specific filters to narrow down the results and find the listings that match your requirements.

    Yes, to leave a review, click on a listing and select the Reviews tab. Fill out the form and submit. Our team will review your review and post it if it meets our standards.

    We encourage visitors to leave reviews and ratings for the listings on our directory. By sharing your experiences and feedback, you can help others make informed decisions and provide valuable insights to the businesses listed. 

    Each listing typically provides contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or website links. Use the provided contact details to get in touch with the business directly. Alternately, after creating an account, you can Direct Message service providers directly on their listing page. 

    Yes, click on the “Bookmark” link within the listing. It will allow you to save listings for future reference and create a personalized collection of saved listings.

    To share a listing with others, click on the “Share” link in the listing or use the social media links to share the MBHS site via other platforms. 

    The frequency of updates vary, but we typically aim to regularly update our listings. This ensures the inclusion of new businesses and keeps the directory information up to date. However, specific update schedules may vary.

    Currently MBHS is not offering any special deals, offers, or discounts in partnership with the listed businesses, but this may change at a later date. Subscribe to our email to learn about any future promotions or special offers featured on the directory to take advantage of these exclusive deals.

    If you notice any errors or need modifications to a listing, contact us by email or on our contact page form. Provide specific details and requested changes, and our team will review and make the necessary updates if required.

    Yes, your feedback and suggestions are valuable to us. Visit our Contact page and share your thoughts, suggestions, or report any issues you encounter while using the directory. We appreciate your input in improving our services.

    Job Classified FAQ's

    To add a job listing, click on Create Listing, then select a plan. You’ll need to register for an account, then you’ll be redirected to another page to enter the necessary details for your classified ad. After completion, click Submit Listing.  If your listing is approved, you’ll get a notification by email.

    At this time, all job listings are free.

    Provide essential information such as the job title, company name, job description, required qualifications, location, and application instructions. Additionally, you may add your company’s website, contact information, and any specific details relevant to the job posting.

    Classified listings posting on MBHS are only for Salon or Cosmetology jobs. Other types of job postings that are outside of this category will be deleted and the accounts associated with them will be banned or limited.

    After submission, your listing will be reviewed by our staff. It may take up to 24 hours to be approved.

     After approved you can edit or update your job listing. Log in to your account and navigate to the section where you can manage your listings. From there, you can make changes to the job description, qualifications, application instructions, or any other relevant details.

    At the moment, there are no restrictions. However, if you post multiple submissions of the same listing your account will be limited and/or banned. 

    Event Listing FAQ's

    To submit a listing, click on “Create Listing” and select the type of listing you want to add. After selecting the listing type, follow the instructions to provide the necessary information about your business or service.

    At this time, all Event listings are free.

    At this time, this option is not available.

    Provide essential information such as the event title, company name, event description, location, and images. Additionally, you may add ticket/registration links, age requirements, sponsors, refund policy or other relevant information.

    After submission, your listing will be reviewed by our staff. It may take up to 24 hours to be approved.
